Way to deal with depression
Depression is made up by stress. It is a emotion imbalanced in oneself life. However when one person discovers his/her depression, the first method is to relax himself/herself. The more tense the person is, the more uncontrolled the person will be. He/She has become a patient to the depression. Early discovery of it can be treated with the help of professional doctor. Consultation from the doctor is important before it get worse.
It may leads to a severe depression whereby the person will be required to be inbound at home to rest and recover. In between times, the patient will also need to slowly need to adapt back to the society life. He/She will need a lot of family support and love to overcome the barrier of the depression.
The unusual behaviour in the patient is that he/she easily gets angry, he/she will have low appetite, he/she will have short concentration level and get easily distracted and eventually get further depressed, he/she may have the thought of suicide in the worsening case of the depression.
To overcome the depression, talking about individual problems does help de-stress the person. Beside this, playing sport does have a trick to de-stress. Letting out the burden in your mind does improve the person feeling. It actually lightens up the person mood. It also has another benefit: it can helps you to lose some weight.
Utimately it is critical to have someone by yourself be with you to walk through the problem with you. To have someone to love you and care for you.

Absolutely agree with Charles. Besides the supports from the family members, the patient must also be positive and strive to overcome the illness :)
