Part-time Job

During my last weekend, I sjust tarted my part-time job. The part-time job came from a property developer. It is a different experience as compared to office-desk job. This time, it allows me to interact with the potential customers who are visiting the showroom for a condominium project. The crowd of visitors varies on daily basis. Besides the interaction portion, it can become a skill to pick up on selecting my house in the future.

The price market in the property is increasing rapidly during this period of moment. Several reasons contributes to this raising factor. Due to the demand of people finding opportunities to expand to bigger houses or investment purposes, the rush of this force may cause the insufficient supply to meet their demands. Moreover the incident of the sand import also contributes a part of factor to the price increased. Besides the economical factors, the issues may fall on the location, the design and the class of people who bought over the property. With the increasing of the price, it makes a warning signal to everyone. The property will be getting more expensive than the current market. A matter of discussion: it is critical to evaluate and consider the possible estimated return if the property is used as a form of investment. However everyone now has a fear on whether the price will keep increasing or drop which leads the buyers to hesitate in purchasing the property.

In my opinions, there is no guarantee on whether the property will make good returns of profits upon owning it.

Personal Life

There is a saying: "When you don't try/attempt, you are giving up on yourself." This forms a lesson on the duration of my exam. No matter how hard the questions in the exam may be, the students must still stay focus and concentrate on trying to provide the solution. Looking on another perspective, this thinking can be apply into everyone life. No matter what I am doing, oneself has to stay concentrate to overcome the barrier that is in front of the person's path. With determination and hardworking, oneself can cross the barrier and achieve its goals.

I must work hard so that I can provide a good life and plenty of love to Dear. This forms a motivation in life. This is one of my goal. I Love U, dear.
