Definition of PDF
The Portable Document Format (PDF) is the file format created by Adobe Systems in 1993 for document exchange. My Opinion
Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional has its usefulness when it is dealing with file extension ".pdf". It allows the conversation of web pages, words document and images into pdf file. Its creation of pdf file is accessed easily from Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer. With just one click on your source materials, it can simply create into a pdf file. Moreover it offers the option of securing your pdf for those users who have sensitive personal/business information with the help of security envelope and security policy provided by the software.
The text-to-pdf type conversation speed is dependable on the system specification and the size of the documents. If the size is quite huge on a slow machine, it will take slightly a longer time for the process to complete. In the pdf-to-word conversation, it will generate a office 2003 format.
In the installation process, the original size of the installer is around 245MB. However this size is in the compress version. During the process, the installer wizard will uncompress the file which results to be about 455MB in the occupying size in your harddisk. Before the installing this product, I would advise you to uninstall the existing adobe reader in your system as the product comes with its own latest reader integrated with the professional version.
In this product, its pros overweights its cons. It gives a worthy product to try on. Its usefulness also gives it a strong push to its success .
On the overall rating, I will give 4/5 stars to this product.
